The platform may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, identity verification, communications, hosting, and other services. TrustLayer is not responsible for interruptions, downtime, or modifications to services provided by these third parties.
While TrustLayer strives to maintain reliable platform availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system upgrades, security updates, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the TrustLayer Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge that certain details must be shared with trusted third-party providers solely for operating the platform.
All software, designs, text, trademarks, logos, content, and underlying platform technology remain the exclusive property of TrustLayer and its licensors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustLayer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from or in connection with the use of the platform.
TrustLayer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
