These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the TrustLayer platform and all related services provided. By accessing or using the platform, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

TrustLayer provides an online platform that enables buyers and sellers to create, manage, and complete secure transactions. The platform may include:

  • Deal creation and management
  • Secure payment processing
  • Wallet functionality
  • Identity and bank verification
  • Transaction tracking
  • Dispute management
  • Notifications and communication tools

User Accounts

Users agree to the following registration and maintenance conditions:

  • 2 Keep login credentials secure and confidential at all times.
  • 3 Promptly maintain and update account information to keep it accurate.
  • 4 Accept sole responsibility for all activities occurring under their account credentials.

TrustLayer may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Transactions

The platform facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. TrustLayer is not the buyer or seller of goods and does not guarantee:

No representation on physical state

Authenticity

No official verification of product legitimacy

Delivery & Fulfillment

Handled strictly by transaction parties

Successful Completion

No liability for failed exchanges

Users are solely responsible for fulfilling their transaction obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Applicable processing fees will be displayed before completing a transaction. Users authorize TrustLayer and its payment providers to process payments related to their transactions.

User Responsibilities

To maintain safety, users explicitly agree not to engage in the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Commit fraud or initiate illegitimate payment disputes.
  • Use stolen credit cards or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Upload unlawful, abusive, or copyright-infringing content.
  • Attempt to manipulate platform metrics or trust scores.
  • Interfere with or bypass platform security features.

Third-Party Services

The platform may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, identity verification, communications, hosting, and other services. TrustLayer is not responsible for interruptions, downtime, or modifications to services provided by these third parties.

Availability

While TrustLayer strives to maintain reliable platform availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system upgrades, security updates, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the TrustLayer Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge that certain details must be shared with trusted third-party providers solely for operating the platform.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, text, trademarks, logos, content, and underlying platform technology remain the exclusive property of TrustLayer and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustLayer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from or in connection with the use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

TrustLayer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
